Company Policies


Shipping Information:
All orders will be shipped UPS Ground Service unless otherwise specified. In-stock merchandise will ship within 1 business day. Please allow 3 to 7 business days from the day your order was shipped for UPS Ground deliveries. Specialty orders require two weeks for production. If faster delivery is needed, please call for a quote. Large orders may ship by truck, via freight collect. Purchaser may specify the truck line to be used.

Order Cancellation Policies:
Orders for in-stock items must be canceled before they are shipped. Once items have been shipped, refer to Return Policies. Specialty orders must be cancelled before they are produced. If any part of the job has been completed, the purchaser must pay for those charges. Charges may include: artwork, plates, tooling, packaging materials, etc.

Recommended Storage:
All labels must be stored in a climate of 72°F and a 50% relative humidity. Merchandise not housed in the above manner may become defective. First Tape & Label will not be responsible for damage occurring after receipt. All merchandise should be immediately checked upon receipt. Do not house labels for more than 6 months.

Return Policies:
Only in-stock merchandise, excluding sticker packages, may be returned. Any merchandise return must have an authorization number from our company before merchandise can be returned. We will only accept back in-stock merchandise in unused condition in the original box. Purchaser is responsible for expense in returning merchandise. There will be a $10.00 or 10% restocking fee, whichever is higher, for returned goods. First Tape & Label may refuse the return of any labels, depending on individual circumstances. Please read Damaged or Defective Merchandise below.

Damaged or Defective Goods:
Any item that is damaged during shipment must be immediately reported to First Tape & Label on the day of arrival in order to be replaced at no cost. Please contact customer service for return and replacement service. Once merchandise is received First Tape & Label warranties only print accuracy to proof and print quality. Any other instances of defective goods will be considered on an individual basis.

First Tape & Label will not produce any items which include profanity, x-rated material or material we consider to be offensive.
