Upon receiving products from First Tape & Label, please check all products carefully. All products must be stored at a room temperature of 72*F and a relative humidity of 50%.

CUSTOM products may not be returned unless the products do not meet previously agreed upon product specifications. Please check all products as soon as they arrive and before they are put into storage. If any defects are found, contact First Tape & Label at customerservice@firsttapeandlabel.com or call 870-772-7931 immediately. No returns will be granted after 30 days of receiving products. A refund for defective products will be issued after all products have been returned by FT&L and inspected for defect.

NON-CUSTOM products may be returned at the customer’s expense within 30 days of receiving products. Call 870-772-7931 or email First Tape & Label at customerservice@firsttapeandlabel.com to receive an authorization number for return of non-custom products. Refunds will be issued after all products have been returned to FT&L and have been thoroughly inspected for defects that could have occurred while not under FT&L supervision. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
